What it is
An analytical framework that diagnoses the attractiveness of a territory or organization based on eight interdependent dimensions. Inspired by the Business Model Canvas, but entirely redesigned for the challenges of territorial attractiveness, it transforms a vague question—"Are we attractive?"—into a structured, visual, and actionable assessment.
