What is Agence Alps' response time?

We respond to all inquiries within 48 business hours. For program orders, the order form is sent within 24 hours. If your project is urgent, please specify your timeline in your message.

Is the first exchange chargeable?

No. The initial 30-45 minute consultation is free and without obligation. It allows us to determine together if our expertise matches your needs and to define the most suitable form of intervention, whether a project or a program.

Is it possible to work with Agence Alps entirely remotely?

Yes. The majority of our missions take place in hybrid mode, remotely for routine exchanges and deliverables, and on-site visits for key workshops (LEGO® Serious Play, feedback sessions, participatory sequences).

We work with clients in mainland France, Reunion Island, Switzerland and internationally from our two locations.

How does the payment process work for a program?

After receiving the signed order form, a 50% deposit is required to begin the project (payment by bank transfer or Stripe). The balance is due upon delivery of the final deliverable, within the agreed timeframe.
